Shipping

Returns & exchanges

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) under normal volume. During times of high volume (BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY & HOLIDAYS IN GENERAL) it may take up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed regardless of the method of shipping chosen at checkout; That includes Priority Mail.
 
When your order leaves the the warehouse, it is put in the hands of some very capable shipping companies in order for you to receive your items safely, undamaged, and in a timely manner. However, we do not have control of what happens after your order leaves the warehouse. Occasionally packages get lost and accidents happen due to circumstances out of our control. If there are any problems with your order/shipment, please contact us and we will look into the situation and do everything we can to make it right.
 
U.S. Shipping
Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First-Class, First-Class Package, Priority Mail, or UPS unless other arrangements have been made in advance with Wildfire Shirt Supply. Our shipping price is a flat rate fee. We can ship to valid U.S. P.O. Boxes. Most orders arrive within 2-6 business days from the time you receive notice that it leaves the warehouse.

International Orders Outside the U.S.
International orders may ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail International. The shipping times vary dramatically based on the country. Packages typically arrive between 7-30 business days, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact us if there are specific circumstances you are aware of that may affect shipping to your country. Due to the cost of international shipping, international orders do not qualify for FREE shipping promotions.

Canceling/changing your order after it is placed:
We can't guarantee that we will be able to cancel/change orders once they have been placed especially during high volume times. This includes adding a discount/code after an order is placed. Once your order is received, you can return for a exchange per our exchange policy.






Return / Exchange Policy for U.S. Orders

Refunds: Our shirts are print on demand, meaning that when you make an order, a third party prints, packages, and ships your order to you. Because of this, we currently can not accept returns and issue refunds. However, we would be happy to exchange your items and/or give you store credit for a future purchase.

If you are unhappy with an item we will take it back for exchange within 30 days from the date of your order as long as all items are in new, unused condition. If your item is visibly washed or worn, we will return your original item as-is. Please contact us for instructions on how to exchange your order.

Return Shipping: If you have either ordered the wrong product, the wrong size, or have received an item that for any reason you are unhappy with, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If a mistake was made by Wildfire Shirt Supply, please let us know ASAP and we will take full responsibility for the issue and cover all return costs associated with the mistake.

Exchanges: Any price differences will be issued to you via store credit and/or we will send an invoice for any balance due and contact you if necessary. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
